Space in Bothy for 12 Individuals

The Bothy offers basic accommodatio, it is a simply converted stone barn, in the style of the free Highland Mountain Bothies but with the luxury of hot water, 2 showers, a multi-fuel stove, gas and electric lighting and a kitchen with fridge/freezer, work tops and sink. 

It is a simple one-room affair, and there are no beds or bedding - you need to bring your own sleeping bags and mats, and there are floor spaces and a small mezzanine (top bunk!) which are used as sleeping areas. 

Consider this a large stone tent, with plenty of games, books, company, shelter and plenty of space to stretch out in!
